The XF3III Series is specially engineered for small-to-medium industrial natural gas pipelines, supporting pipe diameters of DN15, DN20, and DN25.
The valve provides ultra-fast response safety protection, closing completely in 1 second or less (≤1s) to immediately stop gas leakage.
The body is built from a lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy. The sealing components are made of premium NBR or FKM rubber to guarantee superior airtightness.
It conforms to strict industrial safety certifications, featuring an Ex mb IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof grade (encapsulated type) and compliance with the GB 44016-2024 standard.
The valve operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C. With a stainless steel actuator and IP66 protection, it offers a typical service life of up to 10 years.
The valve is opened manually. For emergency shut-off, it supports dual closing methods: a DC pulse energized signal or manual closure.
