Explore our high-performance household, commercial, and industrial gas detector models alongside robust solenoid safety valves.
Founded in 2003, Xinhaosi has risen as one of the most influential and trusted brands in the global gas safety and electrical monitoring industry. We utilize state-of-the-art electronic detection technologies to make invisible hazards concrete and visible. By engineering premium solenoid valves, automatic shut-off systems, and high-sensitivity gas monitors, we protect what matters most.
Our operational philosophy revolves around mitigating industrial and domestic dangers at the root source. With advanced fabrication methods, robust R&D pipelines, and comprehensive safety system components, we deliver top-tier OEM/ODM capabilities to companies spanning North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Analyzing the strategic advantages of sourcing from our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in China.
From the raw processing of brass, copper, and stainless steel housing to the precision winding of electromagnetic copper coils, our Chinese factory integrates the entire manufacturing ecosystem. This vertical alignment eliminates middle-tier margins, ensures absolute batch-to-batch consistency, and dramatically shortens lead times for large global procurements.
Deploying robotic winding lines, high-speed SMT assembly, automated leak-testing chambers, and computerized QA matrices allows us to minimize human error. Each solenoid valve, pressure transmitter, and gas detector undergoes automated pressure drop tests, electrical continuity checks, and calibration routines before dispatch.
Our in-house design and tooling teams rapidly build customized products tailored to client-specific voltages, pressure ratings, connection sizes, and material certifications (e.g., FKM, NBR, and EPDM seals). Whether you require explosion-proof control modules or custom-branded household gas detectors, we supply the specialized engineering needed.
Industrial solenoid valves and gas detection devices operate in critical, high-risk systems. Ensuring compliance is not optional; it is the cornerstone of life safety.
For chemical complexes, mining operations, and oil & gas refineries, our explosion-proof models (like the GTYQ-AT0505/d and XP4000P series) strictly conform to ATEX and IECEx standards. These designs prevent thermal, electrical, and static ignition in environments containing combustible gases, vapors, or dusts.
Modern process industries require solenoid valves with functional safety compliance. Our designs support SIL 2 and SIL 3 loops, enabling fail-safe venting or shutdown operations in emergency situations. The quick response time of our XF3III and XF5III series valves prevents dangerous gas build-ups instantly.
Different regions present unique environmental and regulatory conditions. Explore how our systems adapt dynamically across worldwide application fields.
Underground shafts, metering stations, and utility pipes require remote, low-power monitoring. Our underground monitoring units integrate seamlessly with SCADA systems, using NB-IoT or LoRaWAN protocols to send real-time alerts. Combined with automatic pipeline shut-off valves, they isolate leaks immediately without human intervention.
In high-density residential buildings, commercial kitchens, and multi-family structures, our micro-solenoid valves pair with household combustible gas detectors (e.g., the JT-AT2009 or JT-AT2018). If a gas leak occurs, the detector transmits an electric impulse to shut down the gas supply instantly, avoiding fire risks.
Harsh atmospheres filled with corrosive and explosive gases demand extreme durability. Our stainless steel solenoid valves and explosion-proof gas detectors are coated with advanced anti-corrosion materials and sealed up to IP67. They withstand thermal shock and high humidity while providing stable long-term sensing.
How the integration of IoT, AI, and smart sensing technology is reshaping the global safety and fluid control landscape.
Standard solenoid valves operate strictly as reactive elements. The industry is moving toward integrated telemetry systems. Future-proof solenoid valves combine built-in micro-sensors that continuously measure upstream/downstream pressure, coil temperature, and actuation times. Using cloud telemetry, facilities can perform real-time diagnostic checks and predict valve wear-and-tear before a mechanical failure occurs.
As the global power sector shifts from traditional fossil fuels to hydrogen and blended gases, safety standards are changing. Hydrogen molecules are incredibly small and highly volatile, creating a high risk of leakage. Solenoid valve manufacturers are investing in specialized polymer sealing materials, tight tolerance matching, and spark-free metallic compositions to prevent micro-leaks in hydrogen-carrying piping systems.

Direct-acting solenoid valves use electromagnetic force to lift the valve plug directly from the seat, working efficiently from zero differential pressure. Pilot-operated solenoid valves rely on process line pressure to open or close, requiring a minimum pressure differential to function but offering higher flow capacities at large pipe sizes.
When a combustible gas detector detects ambient concentration levels exceeding safe limits, it triggers a control output signal. This electrical pulse (often a 24V impulse) switches the solenoid valve coil, causing it to mechanically trip and cut off the gas supply instantly at the building entrance or source tank.
For hazardous environments, explosion-proof solenoids must bear ATEX (Europe), IECEx (Global), or UL (North America) certifications. They must also be rated to specific zone categories (such as Zone 1 and Zone 2) and gas groups to ensure they will not generate sparks or hot spots that cause external ignition.
Brass is commonly used for standard non-corrosive gas pipelines, providing structural durability at low cost. For corrosive gases, high-purity natural gas, or harsh offshore installations, 316 Stainless Steel is preferred due to its superior resistance to chemicals and pitting corrosion.
